HXHiaero products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Structural failure under normal, intended use.
- Finish defects present on arrival.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, including shock absorber oil, bushings and bearings.
- Damage from accident, racing contact, incorrect installation or misuse.
- Damage from exceeding the rated load or adjustment range.
- Labour, alignment, shipping or consequential costs.
How to claim
- Email us with your order number, a description and photos or video of the defect.
- Include proof of purchase and, where relevant, installation photos.
- We assess the claim and confirm the outcome within 5 business days.
- Approved claims are repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.
