Where we ship from. HXHiaero ships from our warehouse in China (Guangdong). Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Processing times
- In-stock items: dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Custom / made-to-order items (dry carbon fiber, custom forged wheels): production takes 15-30 business days before dispatch.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. For large items such as coilover kits and wheels, we quote freight individually — contact us before ordering.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates can lag 24-72 hours after dispatch.
Customs, duties and import tax
Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. We declare the value accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts.
